“Green Gold Rising: Sri Lanka’s Organic Vision Takes Root in Ancient Anuradhapura”

Sri Lanka advanced its vision of becoming a trusted global supplier of organic products through the fourth phase of a nationwide awareness campaign, held on August 29, 2025, in the historic city of Anuradhapura. Organized by the National Organic Control Unit (NOCU) under the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB), the event gathered farmers, entrepreneurs, and exporters from the North Central Province to explore opportunities in organic agriculture.
