The Commander of the United States Pacific Fleet, Admiral Stephen T. Koehler, held a high-level meeting with Sri Lanka’s Defence Secretary, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd), at the Ministry of Defence on 19 February.
